By booking and receiving lash services from Blinkin' Cute, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Appointment Policy:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rescheduled.
Guest Policy:
For safety and comfort, no extra guests, children, or pets are permitted.
Health & Safety:
- I understand that I must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, infections, recent eye surgeries, or medical concerns before receiving lash services.
- If I arrive with signs of an eye infection, irritation, or other condition that may affect the service, Blinkin' Cute reserves the right to refuse service.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.
